Who we are
These terms govern the use of acendeu.com and participation in Acendeu’s recording projects.
By using the site or signing up, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
The website
The site presents Acendeu and its projects. Rates, dashboards, clips and calculators shown on it are illustrative examples, not an offer, a promise of tasks or a guarantee of income.
The brand, text and design of the site belong to Acendeu. Do not copy or use them without permission.
Who can take part
- People aged 18 or older.
- With proven experience in each project’s trade.
- Who provide accurate information when signing up.
- Who have the device each project requires.
Projects and recording
Each project states the task, how to record it, the expected length and the rate per approved hour. You are free to accept or decline any project.
When recording, you must:
- record only real tasks that you perform yourself;
- avoid recording other people and never record children;
- not record documents, screens with personal data, passwords, plates or confidential information;
- have permission from whoever runs the place, if it is not yours;
- not record illegal or dangerous activities, and stop if there is any risk;
- not edit the video with filters, cuts or artificial intelligence unless the project asks for it.
Review and payment
Every video is reviewed. Videos that break the rules or instructions may be rejected, with the reason stated. Rejected videos are not paid for and are not used.
Approved hours are paid at the rate stated in the project, via Pix, with any withholding required by law.
Acendeu never charges fees to take part.
Rights to the videos
Before recording, you sign the Recording, Rights Assignment and Consent Terms. They set out how Acendeu may use and license approved, paid videos to train and evaluate artificial intelligence, in Brazil and abroad.
Buyers are contractually barred from using your image or voice in advertising or in synthetic content that identifies you. Videos are identified by a code, without your name.
No employment relationship
You take part independently and occasionally, with no set hours, subordination or exclusivity. There is no minimum number of projects or payments.
No guarantees
Signing up does not guarantee tasks, approval or income. Project availability depends on client demand.
Ending participation
You can stop taking part at any time by email. Acendeu may close the account of anyone who breaks these terms or the Recording Terms. Videos already approved and paid for remain subject to the Recording Terms.
Privacy
Your personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy and Brazil’s data protection law (Law 13,709/2018, LGPD).
Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes go to the courts where the participant lives. If language versions differ, the Portuguese version prevails.
