Who handles your data
Acendeu is responsible for the personal data handled under this policy.
For anything about your data, write to hello@acendeu.com.
This policy follows Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, LGPD).
What data we handle
Site visitors: technical access data (IP address, date, time, browser and pages visited) and whatever you write when contacting us.
Contributors: name, CPF, date of birth, email, phone, city, profession, professional license or experience, Pix key and tax details, acceptance of the recording terms, and your image and voice in the videos.
Clients and prospects: name, email, company, role and the history of conversations and contracts.
We do not ask for sensitive data such as racial origin, religion, political opinion, health or biometrics.
What we use it for
- Answering inquiries and sending proposals.
- Keeping the site running and secure.
- Reviewing sign-ups and checking professional qualifications.
- Assigning projects, reviewing videos and paying for approved hours.
- Meeting tax and legal obligations.
- Licensing approved videos to train and evaluate artificial intelligence, with your consent.
- Defending our rights in legal proceedings.
Depending on the case, the legal bases are consent, performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and the regular exercise of rights (LGPD, art. 7).
Videos, your image and your voice
Using your image and voice in videos depends on your consent, given prominently in the recording terms.
- Projects ask for hands and work, not faces.
- Bystander faces, screens and plates are blurred before delivery.
- Videos are identified by a code, without your name.
- Buyers are barred from using your image in advertising or in synthetic content that identifies you.
You can withdraw consent at any time. We stop licensing your videos and ask buyers to delete their copies. Models already trained on them cannot be undone, and amounts already paid are not refunded.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your sign-up data. We share data only when needed:
- with AI and robotics companies that license the videos, without your name;
- with providers working on our behalf, such as site hosting (Cloudflare) and email (Zoho);
- with banks and payment institutions, for Pix;
- with our accountant, for tax obligations;
- with authorities, when the law requires it.
Transfers to other countries
Some providers and many clients are outside Brazil, mainly in the United States. We make these transfers only under article 33 of the LGPD, such as your specific consent or contractual clauses approved by Brazil’s data protection authority (ANPD).
How long we keep it
- Site access logs: 6 months, as required by Brazil’s Internet Civil Framework.
- Inquiries that did not lead to business: up to 2 years after the last contact.
- Sign-ups that were not approved: up to 2 years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Contributor data: for as long as you take part.
- Tax, payment and contract data: for as long as the law requires.
At the end of each period, data is deleted or anonymized.
Cookies
The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the visitor’s IP address.
Security
We use access control, two-factor authentication for the team and encryption in transit. No system is fully secure. If an incident creates a significant risk, we notify the ANPD and the people affected.
Your rights
Under article 18 of the LGPD, you can ask for confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent and review of automated decisions.
Write to hello@acendeu.com. We may ask for information to confirm your identity. You can also complain to the ANPD.
Minors
Projects are for people aged 18 or older. We do not collect data from children or teenagers, and they may not appear in videos.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top. Significant changes are announced by email to contributors. If language versions differ, the Portuguese version prevails.
